Kari Ainsworth has been a licensed Cosmetologist since 1986 and graduated from Potomac Massage Training Institute (PMTI) in Washington DC in 2005, where she received intensive training in anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology coupled with more than 200 hours of hands-on training. After graduation she continued her education and became certified as a hot-stone therapist, a Reiki practitioner, and a Bellanina™ Facelift practitioner. In 2007, she became an instructor for the Bellanina™ Facelift Massage and taught this wonderful modality to others. She continues her education and has added Reflexology and Bamboo-fusion™ to her list of modalities. Kari is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association(AMTA) and is Nationally Certified (NCBTMB). In 2010, Kari completed her studies and became certified as an Intrinsic Coach™, adding to her practice for those who want to take a holistic approach to health and wellness for the mind & body.
